Pick which colors feed the white base and set each color's choke in points (0.45–0.65 pt is typical). The base is built from the union of the selected areas.
Set each separation's trap independently. Positive spreads the color outward to close registration gaps; negative chokes it inward (e.g. pull a light color back under a dark). Unset colors use the global Trap slider.
Screens in press order (bottom screen prints first). Coverage drives mesh & ink estimates.
Saved on this browser (art + every separation setting). Export a .prpj file to move a job to another machine or back it up.
Reusable recipes — mode, mesh, LPI, dot shape, underbase, RIP settings and more (not the artwork). Star one as your shop default and it's applied to every new file automatically.
Pick the blank you're printing on — the preview background matches the shirt. Approximate brand colors; confirm to a physical swatch.
Recolor the selected screen with a real ink from your supplier library, a Pantone, or a custom mix.
How to load your separations onto the press, in print order (station 1 = first down / bottom screen). Click any station to cycle it: Print → Flash → Cooldown → Roller (fiber mat-down). Screens auto-fill the print heads around the flashes.
Distress, halftone and pattern textures applied as an ink knockout across the separations. Pick one, then dial scale / rotation / offset in the Grunge panel. Delete any you don't want — your set is remembered on this browser.
Lay out several placements on one film — full front, left / right chest, back — then print one film and shoot one screen. Sized to your film width; the dashed box is the platen's printable area.
